We will start with your revenue goal and then we will build your business model so you can have the CLARITY to know exactly what needs to happen to get you to your revenue growth goal. Stop guessing what you think you're supposed to be doing and instead make objective decisions based on hard numbers (return on investment projections).
INSTRUCTIONS
WATCH THE LOVE & MONEY TALK (1 hr) Learn about THE MONEY TREE. Think of the branches of the money tree like REVENUE LEVERS we can pull in your business model to drive growth.
BUSINESS MODELING LEVEL-1 (15 min) We will unpack your business model and core MONEY METRICS (example: we can't build a system for getting customers unless we know how much we can afford to spend to get a customer).
MODELING LEVEL-2 (1 hr) We take the REVENUE LEVERS we learned about in the LOVE & MONEY talk and we actually apply them to our business model. We build your business model and start pulling levers and watch what the cash-flow projections look like (IE: if we did X the return on investment is Y)
